1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Calmstead ("we", "us", "our") provides document organisation and general information services to individuals ("you", "the client"). By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Calmstead offers the following services:

• Starter Organising Session — an introductory session to help sort and arrange common pension-related documents in a clear order.
• Understanding the Process Workshop — a plain-language educational session outlining how typical pension paperwork and timelines are generally structured.
• Ongoing Records Support — a periodic arrangement providing general organisational assistance and access to informational checklists.

All services are strictly informational and organisational in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or any other regulated professional advice. Nothing we share should be understood as a recommendation for any particular course of action. Any decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.

3. Service Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Please ensure that the information you provide when making an enquiry or booking is accurate. We accept no responsibility for difficulties arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Current service fees are as displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms are as communicated in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests to reschedule, subject to availability.

In cases where we are required to cancel a session, we will notify you promptly and arrange a suitable alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid for that session.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our sessions, you are encouraged to bring or make available any relevant documents you wish to organise. You are responsible for the safekeeping of original documents at all times. We do not retain originals after any session.

You agree to use our services and any materials we provide for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Calmstead's total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on general information shared during our sessions. Our role is organisational and educational only.

8. Intellectual Property

Any checklists, guides, templates, or other materials we provide are created by Calmstead and remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them commercially without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We handle any personal information you share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such handling as described.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable requirements.
